Seabass; It is a very tasty fish with white meat. It can be barbecued or baked as a whole. It is also possible to grill and pan into fillets. In this way, it can be steamed, boiled and stewed. It can be cooked on the tile, with the cheese. Its extracted form is also used in salads.




  • 2 fillets of sea bass
  • 2 tea spoons of olive oil
  • 2-3 table spoon of mixed seeds (sunflower seed kernels, pumpkin seed kernels, sesame seeds, linseeds)
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 6 sprigs of dill

Ingredients for salad:

  • 1 orange
  • 2 small-sized beets
  • 50 g purslane
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar


Put the sea bass fillets on a piece of oil paper and sprinkle olive oil on them and cover them with the seeds. Bake them in an oven pre-heated to 200°C. Boil the beets. Peel and slice the orange and beets. Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Put the orange, beets and purslane in a bowl. Sprinkle the dressing on them and mix them. Put the fillets of sea bass on the salad ans serve.
