SEA BREAM

Sea bream fish is a delicious white meat fish. Sea bream, which is generally consumed as a grill, can be cooked in the oven or on a barbecue. It is also possible to fry the fillet in a pan or grill.  It’s fillet can be made with stew and steaming method. It is also suitable to be cooked on tiles, in the form with vegetables and cheese.

BAKED SEA BREAM

Ingredients for Baked Sea Bream Recipe

  • 3 sea breams
  • 4 table spoons of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon of flaked pepper
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • Bay leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 potatoes
  • Salt

Baked Sea Bream Recipe

Add thyme, flaked pepper, salt and a clove of mashed garlic into olive oil.
Dress the fish with this dressing and wait half an hour.
Chop lemon and divide garlics into several pieces. Place them in fish together with bay leaves. Place sliced and oiled potatoes all around.
Bake at 200°C for about half an hour.
