  • 2 slices of salmon
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 10-15 black pepper corns
  • 1 tea spoon of coarsely ground sea salt
  • 1-2 sprigs of green thyme (optionally) (or rosemary)

How to Make Fried Salmon Recipe?

Put salmons in a large dish and allow the salmons absorb the olive oil.

Put the pan on the cooker and heat it up.

Add orange juice, black pepper and sea salt to the salmon you have treated with olive oil.

Oil the heated pan with some olive oil using paper tissue.
